(guess this fits in with good ingredients:) ) I went to the spice aisle a while back and just bought a boat load of spices i had heard of. Then I would choose my meat and research online what spices go with what. That's where knowledge comes in. Plus if you want to try a new recipe, at least you'll have the spices for it.
